Vascular has no account, no analytics and no tracking. What you log stays on your phone.
Your profile and body stats, everything you log, your diet plans, foods you create and products you scan are saved in a database on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere, and the developer cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can take a copy out first: Account → Export food log writes the whole log as a spreadsheet.
One thing: when you scan a barcode, the digits of that barcode are sent to Open Food Facts to look up the product. That request carries the barcode and the app's name and version. It carries no name, no account, no device identifier and nothing else you have logged. The answer is cached on your phone so the same product is not looked up twice. If you never scan a barcode, the app makes no network requests at all.
The camera is used only while the scanner is open, to read a barcode. Frames are processed on the device by iOS and are never recorded, saved or sent anywhere.
Nothing. There is no advertising, no third-party SDK, no crash or usage reporting, and no profile of you anywhere. Apple may tell the developer anonymous, aggregated figures about downloads and crashes if you have allowed that in your iOS settings; that comes from Apple, not from the app.
This page is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived request logs (such as IP address) for security and abuse prevention, as any web host does. Nothing here is linked to anything in the app.
Vascular is a general-audience nutrition tool and is not directed at children under 13. It collects nothing from anyone.
If the app ever sends something new anywhere, this page will say so before that version ships.
